How to make a claim during cyclone season
If you have cyclone insurance, have suffered damage to your property as a result of a cyclone, and you need to make a claim, here are three simple tips to get started:
- Start your claim online – do this as soon as you can.
- If possible and if safe to do so, please take photos of your damaged items and property – we will ask you for these if we are unable to visit your property.
- To help our claims team get back to you in a reasonable time frame, please lodge your claim within 30 days of notification.
